The Insanity Workout: It’s A Dare
filed in Insanity Workout on Mar.20, 2010
If you are one of those people who simply cannot resist a dare, then here is one that is bound to make you think twice, and then think again before you decide to probably just let this one be. The Insanity Workout.
The Insanity Workout is a fitness regime that makes a boot camp look like a tea party with pink doilies. It uses a technique called MAX interval training, that is a whole bunch of levels higher than your normal interval training and makes your body think it is being wrung out, spun and then pushed to the very limit.
With a variety of exercises and routines that are built to increase your stamina and tone your muscles, the insanity workout offers a chance to truly get to the perfect ten body in just sixty days.
But within this short span of two months, the insanity workout crunches a whole year’s worth of workout. And yet, the amount of time you spend on each workout is not less than thirty five minutes, and not more than an hour and fifteen minutes.
Make no mistake, you will sweat buckets and feel each bone, each muscle in your body take the strain. The true dare, is to go through the whole workout regime without quitting. The downside to the insanity workout is its ability to break the will of many self proclaimed fitness freaks.
But on the upside, if you do get through the regime without quitting, then there is probably nothing out there that can make you give up something you choose to do.
